How do I activate my Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) with Silvercell?

Step 1

Before you begin, be sure to have your Silvercell Order receipt email available. Then, go to silvercellwireless.com and click ACTIVATE from the Menu at the top.

Step 2

On the activate page with your phone POWERED OFF, enter your Order Number (from your Silvercell Order Receipt Email), Last Name, and Zip Code and then click the red SEARCH button. On the next screen, click the red ACTIVATE button.

Step 3

With your phone still POWERED OFF, open the SIM card tray with the provided SIM card tray opening tool and insert the provided Silvercell SIM card and close the tray back into your phone. Next, turn your phone ON. In approximately 2 minutes, your phone will complete the activation process.

If you activated using an eSIM-enabled phone and if it did not begin the activation process on its own, please check your email for final setup instructions to complete activation on your device. Note: YNP (Your New Provider) will be the provider name.

If you activated with a physical SIM card, make sure it’s properly inserted into your phone. Once you restart your device, you’re all set!
