Our Promise to You: Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Made Simple

We want your experience with Silvercell to be easy and worry-free. If you need to return or exchange a phone, please make sure it’s unlocked. For smartphones, all accounts should be removed, and if you have an iPhone, please turn off “Find My iPhone.”

If these steps aren’t completed, we’ll need to send the phone back and a $15 non-refundable shipping fee will apply.

At Silvercell, we know things don’t always go as planned—and that’s okay. While issues with our phones are rare, we’ve created an easy, worry-free program to help with returns, exchanges, and warranties.

If you need to return or exchange a phone:

  • The phone should be in its original condition with all parts included.
  • Light scratches or missing items may reduce your refund.
  • Returns are usually processed within 5 business days.

Return Window:

  • Returns: Within 14 days if the phone has less than 100 minutes of use.
  • Exchanges: Within 30 days for a different model (small exchange fee applies).

Warranty Coverage:

  • New Phones: 1 year
  • Certified Pre-Owned: 60 days
    We’ll handle everything for you, including working with vendors if needed. If your phone can’t be fixed, we’ll replace it. Please back up your contacts and photos before sending it in.
