If these steps aren’t completed, we’ll need to send the phone back and a $15 non-refundable shipping fee will apply.

The phone should be in its original condition with all parts included.
Light scratches or missing items may reduce your refund.

Returns: Within 14 days if the phone has less than 100 minutes of use.
Exchanges: Within 30 days for a different model (small exchange fee applies).
