Why is Wi-Fi calling not working on my phone?

There could be a couple of reasons why you can’t make or receive Wi-Fi calls.
- You aren’t connected to a Wi-Fi network
- Wi-Fi calling isn’t turned on in your Settings
- You don’t have the latest software version for your phone
- You’re using a phone that doesn’t support Wi-Fi calling
- Your emergency address isn’t updated
