When does my billing cycle start?
Your first monthly billing cycle begins on the day you activate service. Your billing cycle will start on the same date each month. If you activate your line on the 15th of April, for example, you will be billed next on the 15th of May and on the 15th of every month. To find your bill date, click on “My Account” located at the top right of the website, then login to your account. From there, click on “Summary”, then click on red button labeled “Manage Line”, you will then be able to see your current billing period. If you need help, chat with us here.
