Here’s how it works:

If at any point during your first 30 days of service you decide Silvercell isn’t the right fit, just let us know. We’ll refund the full cost of your plan, including any taxes and fees. (Any shipping fees, if they applied to your order, aren’t refundable.)

Thinking about keeping your phone number?

If you plan to move your number to another carrier, the transfer—or “port”—must be fully completed within those 30 days. This helps you qualify for the refund and ensures you aren’t billed for a second month. To be safe, we recommend starting the port at least four (4) business days before your 30‑day period ends.

Our goal is simple: make trying Silvercell Wireless completely risk‑free. If the service doesn’t work the way you hoped, just contact us within 30 days of activation. We’ll take care of the refund quickly and kindly.

If you activated using an eSIM-enabled phone and if it did not begin the activation process on its own, please check your email for final setup instructions to complete activation on your device. Note: YNP (Your New Provider) will be the provider name.

If you activated with a physical SIM card, make sure it’s properly inserted into your phone. Once you restart your device, you’re all set!
