How do I activate my new phone with Silvercell?

Step 1

Before you begin, be sure to have your Silvercell Order receipt email available. Then, go to silvercellwireless.com and click ACTIVATE from the Menu at the top.

Step 2

On the activate page with your phone POWERED OFF, enter your Order Number (from your Silvercell Order
receipt Email), Last Name, and Zip Code to activate your service.

Step 3

The phone you ordered was set up and shipped ready for easy activation and use. If you turned the PHONE ON before completing Step 2, you will need to turn it OFF for 1 minute and then turn it back ON.

If you activated using an eSIM-enabled phone and if it did not begin the activation process on its own, please check your email for final setup instructions to complete activation on your device. Note: YNP (Your New Provider) will be the provider name.

If you activated with a physical SIM card, make sure it’s properly inserted into your phone. Once you restart your device, you’re all set!
