- Account number: To find your account number, simply sign in to "Account and Identity" on xfinity.com and your account number will appear under Account Details.
- PIN: Go to "Devices" in your account online, select the device associated with the phone number you want to transfer to a new carrier. Then scroll down the page and select "Learn More" next to "Transfer your number, cancel this line" for details on obtaining your security PIN by text.
