- Account number: Log into your account and you will see your account number at the top of the online account “Summary” page under your name. You can also find it by selecting the “Billing” tab and then “View Statements”. Choose a statement and you’ll find your account number at the top below the Spectrum logo.
- PIN: Sign in to Spectrum.net or the My Spectrum App using your Spectrum username and password. Select Services, then select Mobile. Choose a line on your account. Scroll down and Select Transfer PIN. Choose a contact method to receive your passcode. When prompted, enter the passcode and select Continue. Your Transfer PIN will appear on screen.
